It will all depend on how the Reddit team decides to play. If they will be organized and have a plan they can create an area of AA defense. Meaning that they won't go out to take all of the flags, but just enough to make the enemy bleed tickets, they could set it up. However they will need an excellent AA driver and a AA dedicated infantry squad. This is easier to do in some maps than in others (Caspian is an example of a good AA map, Khang on the other hand isn't). I am telling that out of experience, having played enough hours on campaigns against pilots like SturdyWings and LoASWE.

Now what I belive to be true is that the Reddit team won't be so good in strategy, because they have more experience playing with maybe 3-4 friends at once and not with an entire 32 player team. In that case Spitfire is right and they will get owned by the air. So my conclusion is this: If you have a good strategy, they should keep the same pilots, if not go recruit some better guys.
