As an administrator, what in the hell? Was the list of potential teaching candidates in your area so slim that they felt pressured to retain these poor excuses for educators?

I hope that in the years since 1993 those teachers lost their tenure (if they had it to begin with) and were fired for serious violations of your state-granted right to receive, at the very least, an adequate education.

I think it'd be frightening to know at exactly how many schools these actions took and are still taking place. Good on you for still managing to push through the bullshit, get a job, and earn your keep.
