Yeah, all OCZ PSUs seem to have that problem. If it bothers you, extension cables are not that expensive. NZXT has some sleeved extensions for like $8, and you can probably find them for less without the sleeving

For GPU get at least a 6870, probably a 560 ti--should be around 200. If you can get a little more cash, then a 7850 would be good. For cables, try routing the 8-pin cable behind the motherboard tray to come over the top of the motherboard; however, OCZ cables are short so you might need to get an extension. Also, try routing the GPU 6 pin connector behind the motherboard tray and then back around the side to plug in

Dust for one thing. Route your cables through the back of the case. This will take time, get a lot of zip ties and possibly cable extensions.

Make sure to remember your angles. A direct hit to the back will disable, and direct hits to the side (90 degree angle) do a lot of damage
