I got picked up by a trucker once. As we're driving he asks if I smoke. Of course I was packing trees, and asked if that's what he meant. Nope, he was talking crack. I pass, but he lights up and keeps going anyway. From there he goes on to tell me how when he was younger he picked up some hitchhikers and pulled a gun on them, and other crazy stories like that. I just told him that every time he picked someone up like me and got them there safe he was fixing his karma from the past... nervous moments for sure. But 4 hours later I got out and let out the biggest sigh of relief ever.
