What glitch would that be? It is an oversite on Blizzards quest system. In order to "fix" this they would have to retool this part of the system (and other parts as you can do it with other bosses). A glitch is doing something in a game that you are not suppose to do (dupe weapons, walk through walls, etc). This isn't one, just being cleaver using the systems given.

That really depends. They most likely skipped all the cutscenes, ignored all the extra stuff and mini games, as well as ran point A to point B with no exploring. The game will last as long as you let it, just explore and have fun with it.

For me about 3 hours of play time and I am still in Act 1, if that gives you some kind of reference point.

A good story takes effort. Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Arrested Development. You can't just watch one episode of those shows, you have to watch them all. I rather Community be considered a great show then appeal to the masses.

Diablo 3 runs on both Windows and Mac. The game disk contains the installer for both. Also because the game uses OpenGL and the same engine for both it looks the same regardless of what system you play it on (depending on that systems RAM and all that).
