I actually moved to see if his eyes would track me. I thought he was peering... into me.

I must say I'm a little surprised I haven't seen this asked, or maybe I missed it sifting through hundreds of comments:

WHY?!

What is the reason for doing this?

What is your "supplemental income"? by archduke_of_awesomein personalfinance

[–]Jasonrj 0 points1 point ago

Technology.

Right now I'm building a computer for someone, I also design websites, but the biggest supplement is advertising commission from YouTube and my blog.

Full time I work in electronic banking.

Has the University of Phoenix reputation caused problems for students who got degrees at the campus? by Jasonrjin AskReddit

So you went to UoP, what grad school did you end up at? What have you been studying?

I'm not very familiar with the school. I assumed (apparently incorrectly?) that UoP was just like any other state campus based school but they invested a lot into creating a major online "campus" as well.

Does anyone know what calendar module is in use here? I tried emailing them but it bounced back by Jasonrjin drupal

Great, thank you. This is helpful as are the other modules people have mentioned.

Mind giving the dimensions of your desktop? I'd like to do a two workstation desk as well but have a hard time figuring how wide the desk needs to be as I do not have a space currently for it, or a second char at the moment. Yours looks like a perfect width, nice space for each char to move around without feeling cramped.

Not sure if sarcasm, but if you have a Windows key on your keyboard and can type at a reasonable speed it's probably faster than most any other method for opening a program, especially if you have to hunt around in a sea of icons.

You don't even have to type the full program name. To open Photoshop all I have to do is Windows key, type the letter P, and hit enter for example. Chrome is simply the letter C. I have these programs pinned to my start bar, but I still think the search function is faster.

You're on Windows 7? I have good news: you can press your start button and simply type what you want and then hit enter. No need for icons everywhere.

Looking for a good calendar module, I like the looks of this one but I'm open to any suggestions really. Currently just embedding Google Calendar.

What do you say when people ask you, "Why?" by hitchcocklikedblondsin simpleliving

[–]Jasonrj 1 point2 points ago

This is totally me.

I want nothing. Many people interpret that as not wanting something, but I literally mean that I want nothing. The only things I want in my possession are the things I need, quality items that have a purpose. Beyond that I want everything else--every single item and the burden they come with--out of my life.

TURKEY DUBSTEP by wasp_entin videos

Bright lights can overload the camera's sensor causing weird anomalies like the vertical line. Point your camera at something bright enough and you can burn out the sensor completely (don't take pictures of the sun without some advanced equipment).

The camera isn't stupid though, it will try to adjust the exposure down, which I think is somewhat what we're seeing. Instead of whiting out the screen, it's actually attempting to correct that area of the picture.

Other than being a fruit holder as jipijipijipi pointed out, what is this supposed to be from StarTrek? I don't recognize it.

I also posted it on reddit back then for like a thousand karma boost. The reason behind it was in response to a little kid's drawing though.
