Harvey Birdman. Probably Sealab 2021 and the sequels, Frisky Dingo and Archer.

Although the Market seems to disagree, so far the Edge, World of Goo, and Osmos demos all seem to run just fine on Droid X.

You can abolish one piece of standard social etiquette. What do you get rid of? by StumpyGoblinin AskReddit

But usually it was way quicker to just do it myself. If I'd relied on my group to actually put together shit that was comprehensible, we would have been fucked and I'd have had to spend three times as long on it.

People are proud of Indiana? Jesus, that's like a four-year-old holding a turd and saying "Look what I made, mommy!"

Although to be fair, this applies to most states. And I'm from one of those.

I have been interested in discussion and theory about this concept for years now.

Mystery surrounds Air Force's secretive X-37B space plane landing plan - Spacecraft has been aloft for 321 days, mission and cargo remain are unknown by ttruth1in space

Hah. I included them and Japan initially, but it's not really a fair comparison; they have almost no missions and they weren't around for the messy initial stages, when even the rockets themselves were still in alpha, but since you were curious:

Mars:
ESA: 1/2 successes, landing failure.
Japan: 0/1 success, never entered orbit.

Venus:
ESA: 1/1 success.
Japan: ?/1 success, missed 2010 insertion but has another chance in 2016.

All Starcraft has done for me is make me realize how fucking stupid I am by sciithrowawayin starcraft

Yep, this is pretty much my approach to it. Reality is what you make of it and there are no overriding goals or a great scorecard at the end, so why not get good enough at something that you can feel what it's like to truly kick ass? Sure, it's not real in the classical sense, but who cares?

Some of my most exceptional moments were directly seen by hundreds and shaped the fate of thousands in a game called Travian. Will they ever know the actual me? Not in person, no. Does it matter? I say no. It's still me, I had a blast doing it, and I got a chance to really stretch my brain as well, in an arena of strategy and tactics that will likely never see practical applications in solid things.

This is also why I am completely hooked on PvP games in general. Beating the computer is pointless, as you're either playing a gimped opponent or playing an opponent who never had a chance. Playing another person? That's real.

True. But here are the numbers:
Russia/USSR: 19 missions. 14 outright failures. 5 partial successes. No unqualified successes.
US: 20 missions. 5 outright failures. No partial successes. 15 unqualified successes.

Either the Americans know something they're not letting on and have been stealthily and unilaterally quashing Russian ambitions for Mars since 1960, or the Russians have terrible, terrible luck. 75% success against 0% success is pretty one-sided.

I mean, let's compare it to Venus:
USSR: 17/30 successes, including 2 partial successes.
US: 9/10 successes.
Certainly one-sided in terms of chances of success, but not as drastically, especially considering the sharp contrast in number of missions.

And then they will sell tiny X-37Bs in airplane-size bottles of liquors with the labels scrubbed off.

With Russia's luck, the US can simply rely on statistics to screw over Russia's Martian ambitions.

Something tells me modern technology may have moved slightly beyond the limits imposed by high school optics.
