I really liked your version of the Lore. Didn't even think about that it could be a failed spell!

About his passive, yeah, I had problems with thinking about what it should be, so I just took the first thing that came in my mind.

I like your idea of passive. I didn't think about that his arm could be an ability or passive.

Lore

Was once a great magician working for Demacia, hired by Jarvan IV's father himself.
Was an excellent magician and a superb chemist.
Worked with a spell which was supposed to make the Demacian soldiers into “super soldier”.
Was so sure about his work that he tested it on himself.
He turned into a horrible monster, but his personality didn't change.
Is still the same person, only in the form of a horrible monster.
After a while, he was then forced to live alone within the Noxus territory, because everybody became afraid of him, even when he was still kind.
Lived alone for ages, bacame angry and insane, lost all of his good personalities.
Want revenge to Jarvan IV, who is the closest family to the man who banned him from Demacia, and all of Demacia.

Feel free to change something if you want, but a too dramatic change :)

Edit: I changed some points in the Lore!
