Put options on Canadian commodity equities listed on the American exchanges by Fungiiin wallstreetbets

[–]Fungii[S] 0 points1 point ago

Oh I can trade options on US markets with Questrade, I just don't have my account funded yet. My other account is with TD Waterhouse, an RRSP that I'm supposed to be able to buy options with, but when I try, I get an error. They are a bit fucked, I need to go speak to them...

With two months left to go in 2011, how is everyone doing on their reading challenges? by heavenlyspheresin books

I'm at 45 of 50, so I should reach or exceed my goal pretty easily.

My favourite would probably be "The Ring" by Koji Suzuki. The book was different enough from the movies that you could still enjoy it even if you've seen them. The tension ratchets up nicely towards the end and the dialogue between the two main characters is pretty funny. It's also a pretty twisted little novel. I'll probably read the second one "Spiral" before the end of the year.

I'm reading "Let the Right One In" at the moment and it's quite good.

This is why I like old libraries (first edition from 1965) by 123not-itin books

Dune II

Reddit, you frequently (and correctly) complain about terrible and unnnecessary remakes. But what are some movies that might really improve if remade by the right people? Suggest a film and director! by Mr_Subtletyin movies

And it has been remade already, although I guess you could remake it a second time.

I've seen all of those except Malefique. Good stuff.

Yes, Irreversible is worth sitting through although it is rather sickening at times. You'll never forget it though.

So the whole tipping thing is very similar to "protection" being offered by mobsters?

Good to know, but it's no wonder people aren't happy about it, right?

100 Days of Mr. Arrogant very funny, silly romantic comedy, sort of

Whispering Corridors 1-4 were pretty cool, but #5 was a complete waste of time

Into the Mirror good, as long as you haven't seen the crappy remake

Arang decent horror flick

Black House very weird horror flick
