I did a lot of bike riding between my tear and reconstruction surgery (about 30 days apart). You need to try to work that leg as much as possible, because after surgery that muscle is going to disappear fast. Swimming would also be a good bet, or really anything stable and low impact.

They should set you up with rehab and physical therapy post-surgery. But a stationary bike is going to be your best friend within a week or two of surgery. It took me 5 or 6 days before I was able to do a full rotation on the bike (with the seat up very high).

Do you know if you are getting a cadaver replacement or are they going to use your patella?

I like how you word that - I always describe my diet as adhering to paleo foods for 80% of my calories and not stressing about the last 20% too much. I don't count rice in that 80% though because it's such a good fuel.

I just don't like it... it doesn't look right. I do roll up my sleeves most days during the hot Vegas summers. I have a couple of short sleeve button downs, but they are obviously very casual. They work well when I'm going to be at the lake/beach/pool and don't feel like rocking a tee.

I liked the last one the best. One trick I use to check the tape of a shirt is tucking it in - even if I don't plan to wear it that way - if I get a bunch of extra material built up in the back I probably won't buy it. Sometimes a shirt fits well from the front, but it's hiding a tent in the back.

This is a profit driven feature. Black toner is much cheaper than colored toner, so they make you waste the expensive stuff. Though it can surely be helpful in a pinch.

Throw straight punches more often than hooks. I also think leading with a long uppercut is a nice move for a tall guy. If they get in close go to the clinch and use your leverage.

Pretty sure the BB return policy will let you take them back as long as no alterations have been made. And I don't think it matters how long you have had the suit (years even).

I find the BR shirts are much slimmer that the BB slim fit - I just bought a BB slim fit at 16.5, 35 and I have a TON of extra material when I tuck it in. Need to go get it tailored.

My BR slim fits (Large size) aren't perfect, but they are much better fitting than the Brooks Brothers. A little more tape would be nice but it's not worth tailoring for me.

6'4 and 195 by the way.
