I'll back this. Until you're up into the $200+ range, or even the $300+ range it's not going to make that much of a difference. For the most part you need an amp for headphones that are difficult for cheaper, weak amps to drive. High Impedances are usually harder to drive. Cheaper headphones like the ones you linked are designed to be used with cheaper equipment. Until you start getting into the high end, don't worry about it. That said, a USB DAC will yield much greater benefits even with cheaper phones. Look into that. Most of the time they even have a decent headphone amp tacked on.
