Razer. I have bought a ton of Razer stuff in my life and I also buy it for my gamer friends as gifts. But I will never buy again. About a year ago I decided to go all out. So I bought the then top of their line items, the Ironclad metal mouse pad and the Imperator Mouse. They were $60 and $80 plus shipping, tax, etc.

$60+ dollars for a mouse pad is crazy, but I figured I'd never need another one again. The surface on the pad started peeling immediately (look at the Amazon pictures in the link.) I ignored it for awhile and by the time I emailed them it was outside 6 months and they refused to replace or substitute it for a cheaper pad.

The mouse works alright but it randomly decides to disconnect from the computer. It needs to be unplugged and re-plugged in (sometimes to a different port) before the computer recognizes it.

Their customer support was very unhelpful. They provided cut and paste responses and would not stand by their products. I don't know if they started cutting corners or what. But they lost a customer who spent lots of money on their items.
