I don't know that he will ever accept not passing. I agree with you though, if you fail the first time and it's not even close, unless you didn't prepare at all or did something fundamentally wrong chances are you're not going to pass. If I was him I would burn that blog to the ground and disappear from the face of the Earth until I passed. He was blogging about the Exam DURING the 3 days that make up the test! Good idea...?

Ugh...I have a friend who has taken CA, then lost his job in CA and ended up getting work in AZ and so he took the AZ bar and now he is taking then NM exam. I didn't know New Mexico had laws or a Bar Exam.
