I was getting discouraged with losing so many rank up matches to 9 lords and such, but I have actually played over 100 matches online in UMVC3 and owned MVC3 beforehand, but didn't play it very often. I am just beginning to get serious. So I would not describe myself as completely new. I do like strider, but he is kind of squishy.

What is this about level 4 x-factor?

I have Dante set to Jam Session and Virgil set to Rapid Slash... A full screen assist then; any suggestions?

I'm practicing.

I just thought it would help me get used to performing the actions (primarily teleports) under pressure.

I used to play Ultimate fairly often, but that has died down. I managed to get am extra run in this morning with my friend's puppy. (She needs to get her endurance up as well... she just got over parvo.)

Thanks. I guess with things like dead lifts and such I am always worried about possible injuries and proper posture.

I was part of a boxing gym for a little while, but my schedule no longer allows for me to take part. I was doing great then though.

Well the last 2 weeks I only got 2 workouts in (1 cardio/free weights at home, 1 gym cardio/weights). This week I got 3 gym trips in. So there is some progress.

I eat whatever is in the meals I consume. I use Green Superfood to supplement, v8 when its around (low sodium), lots of peppers, and a salad here and there (spinach, I don't like lettuce). I just need to be more proactive about eating veggies.

Wow... Yeah that is much more strict than I am. I will have to start being more accurate. I was previously on a 1720 diet or 15 lbs a week but was consistently going over it. I changed to the 1lb a week for more realistic goals.

I know I need to workout more often. I just got in my 3rd gym day of the week. Primarily cardio. I usually put at least 30-45 mins of cardio in every day I work out. I am working my way up. I am also dealing with a weird schedule.

What are SS and SL?

Any suggestion on a HR monitor?

So 3-4 days of cardio and 3 days of lifting meaning 6-7 days of working out a week or can some of those days be combined?

It varies. Breakfast is usually egg whites, maybe some toast. I use a scoop of superfood with water. 1-2 (200 cal, 9 grams of protein) greek yogurts from the farmers market. 1 100 cal bag of popcorn. Fill in the rest with varied dishes... That is my primary meal list for the work week. The weekend varies greatly.
