Additionally, make a note of understanding all trips are TRIPS. They have good parts and bad parts. There really is no such thing as a "bad trip" unless the person lets them-self get to that point. Stay calm and practice anxiety reducing exercises and you will significantly reduce the chance of having some mental consequence if you do freak out.

Check out The Other Place in downtown Burlington. Not a fratty bar. Not a scene kinda bar, Radiobean can be a little silly. Just a bar to meet some good folks, panders to all crowds. Its just past Pearl Street Bev by the Vermont Sandwich Company and Radiobean.
