i think the Jimmy Fallon show airing is what started the shortened "Odd Future" name. I remember the day of the TV airing, wondering if they were going to credit the band as Tyler, The Creator (since they were pushing his album and XL was doing the marketing) or if they were really going to say "Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All" on television.

after 2007 or so, he started doing that. most obvious ones were a few Rock The Bells shows and especially the show he did at MJQ in Atlanta. I saw him back in 2004 touring for Madvillain and it was him; his live shows aren't that exciting, anyhow. Probably the best live performance can be found on youtube, which is his set he did at Scribble Jam in 2003 or so without a hypeman.

a remix could be a same song with a new singer or verse, or it could be the same song with a new beat, or even a new verse with a new beat and the same chorus. these are three options, even though there are many more.

it could be a new take on the same thing or a total restructure.

so, are you saying that the freestylers flux pavilion "remix" track didn't use any sampling?
