Nope. I play brute in Arena, and that's a faster rate of fire then the fusor.

However, it requires more skill to be used on a mobile target, as it takes quite a bit of time to explode. So it's not quite as overpowered when you're using it together with the plasma cannon, as the plasma is about as good/better for midairs it seems.

I'm annoyed by the fact that he considers gen play to be a significant part of the game(talking about gen killing abilities for instance). Whilst just him doing it isn't a big problem, his playstyle will carry over to some of the people he recruited, causing the disco party in the gen room to continue even longer.

Otherwise excellent video; I agree on most parts based on my experience.

I have an Athlon X2 5000+ combined with an GTS250. Runs T:A fine at 1680x1050 low. GTS250 was €30 a few weeks ago; Athlon X2 5000+ was €100 3 years ago, so you'll be easily able to get something that runs it for $200.

Perhaps ask /r/buildapc for help?

If not, if you want to spend the bare minimum, get an Athlon II X2 250(preferably with a mobo that supports unlocking, so you might get a Phenom II X4 B500) combined with a radeon 6670 or a similar card. I think that'll run it fine on low.

No, that would be firefox. Chrome has got much of their market share now, as it is ocassionally slightly clicker and has a slicker interface, but it was not as big as FF when IE9 was being built.

I think that would be illegal, as some sites use Gapps. And I don't think it's smart to block google search either.

A SOPA-style retheme might be a good idea, with youtube asking money for new uploads to be shown in Germany(or to be uploaded in Germany). Also a huge banner.

No. I fiddled around in the BIOS and saw some setting. I wondered why it wasn't at the highest, and decided to put it a bit higher. I didn't realize what I did until years later.

BTW: I was ~10-12 at the time and didn't really know a thing about hardware.

Accidently overclocked my PC. It overheated a lot afterwards. It somehow survived though. Possibly because it was a very low end PC and had some potential for overclocking, but it was mostly locked.

On the other hand, these big developers bring a lot of publicity to kickstarter, and indireclty to other kickstarter projects. And in a year or so we might see money flowing back to kickstarter projects with Kick it Forward.

$50 actually(Galaxy Tab 2 7.0). However, $50 is quite some money, and it isn't bad as a tablet. It might be not worth the price, but that doesn't make it a bad tablet.

Besides, it isn't a waste otherwise. $50 is 25%, so it's quite a lot of money to upgrade. It isn't the wisest choice in the world, true, but it isn't a waste of money.

Lower resolution is more performance, even when windowed. For instance, I played Tribes @ 1440x900 on my 1680x1050 screen, in windowed mode, which was smoother then it at 1680x1050 fullscreen.
