Look man, just take all that bullshit about "not being sexist in any possible way" and throw it out the window. It's a giant load of crap. If you use the feminist definition of sexism you can't even get out of bed without being sexist, due to something call "the patriarchy" that makes you automatically guilty for owning a penis.

Here is the actual definition of sexism, from Wikipedia:

Sexism, also known as gender discrimination or sex discrimination, is defined as prejudice or discrimination based on sex;

So there you go. Are you hiring for a job and decide not to hire someone because they are a women? No? Well then congratulations, you aren't being sexist.

Looking at, or "hitting on" a women does not make you sexist. Period. End of story. Do not pass Go, do not collect $200.

It was on TV on Monday. Everyone remembers the part where Hawkeye realized the mother killed her own baby but I always found the scene at the end where the musician's that Charles taught to play classical music die and he smashes his record to be the saddest part of that episode. Incredible TV. Still relevant 30 years later.

Ok, so there is a huge difference between teaching your child important life lessons, and controlling behavior.

Teaching you kid to save money = good

Teaching your kid to research a big purchase = good

Telling your kid what kind of car they are going to buy with their own money = RED FLAG

This whole part is actually kind of frightening:

Read that. Your dad did his research. He decided what car would be best. That is not cool. You will never learn to be your own person if you are not allowed to make your own mistakes.

Do you know what my first car was? A giant lifted Jeep with huge mud tires and a 5.7L Corvette V8 engine. It got 12 miles to the gallon and cost me over $10k in repairs in the 5 years I owned it for. It was a terrible purchase and you know what? I learned from my mistake. My second car got 40 miles to the gallon and I've had to do no maintenance other than oil changes. 30 years from now when you and I are both in the market for a new car is your father going to be around to pick your new car for you? Probably not. Will I remember the hard learned, expensive lesson of my first car? Damn right.

You are 25, an adult. You should definitely take your father's advice, but take it as advice and not rules that must be followed. If you find a condo that you fall in love with and it doesn't match your father's criteria exactly you should go for it. Be your own person!

That alone should tell you what camera you want. But if you need more evidence, look at how many accessories there are available for the GoPro compared to the Contour.

The only negative I can think of is that if you don't like the fisheye effect from the lens you our SOL.

Get a copy of Adobe After Effects and you can easily apply a filter to the videos that removes the fish-eye effect. You end up losing the very "corners" of the video, as it stretches it back out, but the final result is quite nice.

I've got a 2006 DRZ400sm and my hands get quite cold on the longer rides. I was thinking of going heated grips, but now I'm thinking that barkbusters with a large wind deflector might be a better way to go.

Kongregate has a great tutorial series that will walk you through the whole process of creating a side scrolling shooter game. You can then very easily use the same process to make it into a platformer. I used their tutorials to make a top-scrolling puzzle/maze game and it was quite easy to take the concepts and re-arrange them to do something different.
