Jinzo/Royal Decree would negate Anti-spell fragrance which is pretty critical for the lockdown. Take out the Cyber Shields since they can only be applied to Harpie Lady and if you don't have one in your hand or field then you wouldn't be able to use it. Gale is limited, so you can only have one in your deck if you want to play advanced format. Take out Blue-winged Crown and Cyber Falcon. Anti Reverse seems like it would be very difficult to use effectively. Hysteric Party is useful for getting Harpies on the field.
