Actually, "the trick" intended to be used was to hit him with the megaton hammer, following the pattern of using the previous dungeon's weapon on the next dungeon's miniboss. When hit, he would stop blocking with his shield altogether, making the battle considerably easier.

I dislike this sign, very much so. I understand what it's trying to say, but it's complete bullshit. I was forced to wait in the ER, and while waiting, I collapsed and blacked out. It was a severe case of dehydration brought on by mono, but nevertheless, I was lucky, because just falling like a ragdoll can cause serious injury, and it could've been avoided if I hadn't been made to wait when there were clearly four doctors in the ER, and at least seven nurses. Three of them standing and gossiping.

Oh, well, that sucks. Either way, changing the timescale like was originally suggested won't fix it, as the timers on buffs go by real time, not scaled game time, and only get decreased by waiting in ratio with the timescale. Best bet is to find a cure poison potion, I guess, and hope it works.

Waiting will cause all buffs/debuffs to lose time equal to that. The default timescale is 20, so waiting 1 in game hour would remove 3 hours from that timer.

Edit: Oh, I see you said elsewhere that waiting won't remove it. That's odd, because waiting should do just that.

Claritin helps with my eye allergies, and Nasonex helped with nasal allergies (sinus buildup, sneezing, general shit feeling). However, it has somewhat deadened my sense of smell as well. I've since stopped taking the Nasonex as a preventative, as I can deal with sneezing, even if it hurts, and I can treat sinus buildup with some sudafed if I need to.

I still rather like the feel of it, though. It's wide and open in a lot of parts, compared to most draugr ruins. Shame they didn't add the actual maze in this game, though. Would've been great to see that come back from Arena.

Commonwealth is accurate, I believe. But yeah, the rest of them are out of proportion, definitely. It also implies they have almost complete control of the areas. NCR and Ceasar's Legion do appear to have a firm grip, but the rest definitely do not.
