So long as you're admitted, you're golden. If you applied to an honors program, however, it will effect that. As far as a passing grade at NAU, D's while taking courses here are considered as failing. However some majors allow for 1 or 2 and still let you graduate. Source: Working at the Registrar's Office.

Regardless, military personnel must abide by the UCMJ which prohibits this kind of behavior. It's so that the public can't say that the military controls the government.
