TROPHY CASE

I've heard enough about the games! What are some great apps worth buying? by Astronnilathin Android

No, I said you were clever. Clever enough to be completely literate, anyway.

OK, you've obviously completely misunderstood what happened. I'll make it really simple for you:

The person I replied to listed a series of really good apps that were all free. If you look at the title of the thread, it specifically asks for paid apps that people have found to be worth paying for. One of the apps mentioned by the person I replied to was stated by that poster to be "more useful but, unfortunately, a paid app." I then informed the poster that, as per the OP's question, that app should be listed because, in fact, this app is a paid app that is worth the money. If you're literate enough to have gotten this far, you may notice that the paid app mentioned is exactly what the OP WAS ASKING FOR.

I was not antagonizing the post I replied to at all. I made no comment about it not being worth the money. I said nothing about saving money. All I did was inform the poster that he, in all actuality, was answering well within the realm the OP was requesting.

If you need further explanation, here's a link to /r/explainlikeimfuckingretarded. I'm sure the people there will be happy to explain to you that you're an idiot.

someone requested an app that lists app sales in the Google play marketplace. This one works nicely. by buzzkillr2in Android

Just recently found this app. It is fantastic.

Clever. Except, of course, for the part in which I don't use airdroid and am smart enough to have noticed how unnecessary it is.

There was no argument. What you said made absolutely no sense in the context of what I said and what I was replying to. I don't need a logical argument because I'm not even sure what your argument is. You made a point that was 100% out of left field.

What the fuck are you talking about? You seem to have missed not only my point, but the OP's, presumably every other point on Reddit, and definitely what women want.

Are you seriously using the argument of "it's not what the thread is about, but this app is really good so now the thread is about free apps, too"? Apparently airdroid is very popular in the growing moron community.

Best way to share to-dos/shopping lists etc with OH by carlhunt3rin Android

I read that as "To DOS" and I was like "Who the hell wants to share things to MS-DOS? The windows command line isn't THAT useful.

Either way, you guys could share a notebook in evernote, use the app "2Do" and sync it with toodledoo on both devices, or set up a seperate gmail account and sync it on both phones using an app like taskos or Tasks.

There are lighter ways to do it, though. That's all I'm saying. If you're just moving a couple of files, awesome drop does the job amazingly well and the app is super tiny.

The question is about PAID apps. Airdroid does not fit that category, nor do any of the apps I use instead of it.

I actually prefer Network Mapper, but it's a paid app

You do know this is a thread in which the OP is asking what apps are worth paying for, right?

Why is everybody riding Airdroid's dick so much? I've never been in a situation where I'm like "Shit! If I'd have had Airdroid installed, I wouldn't have this problem!". It's just a bloated wifi file manager with buggy sms and call history support with a virtual "desktop" front end. I'll take my ugly apps that are good at their job, instead.

Helpful profiles for tasker? by TimmayBin Android

[–]Bradart -4 points-3 points ago

I guess I'm just of the mindset that, if you got the app, you should start simple, get complicated, and learn how to be mostly self sufficient.

The only times I really enjoy those posts are when the profile is complicated, but the asker has tried and the question is really a sanity check. Those usually get some very creative responses. That's also how I learned how to create logical "OR" statements using variables and "IF" statements.

This was a very ominous, bleak, epic comment. I enjoyed reading it very much for some reason.

I'll definitely look into that. It seems really hit or miss with my little guy. Sometimes he goes to sleep flawlessly, sometimes he stays up until midnight.

Eh, it used to be awesome but, at this point, I don't really go there too often because it has become mostly "I want to do this with Tasker. I don't want to figure it out. Tell me exactly how to do it."

If you choose to do this, make sure your bootloader is unlocked. That way, whatever we do, you can always get back to actually owning your device.

I don't know. I do know that my lawyer was shocked when I said that I wouldn't settle for anything less than full custody of my son. I suppose, though, that I WAS 21 and, from what I've seen of other 21 y/o guys, this is not a typical response.

I didn't get full custody anyway, so it's a moot point, I suppose.

As the single father of a two and HALF year old, I can safely say that, no, no he will not go to sleep.
