You should be able to get a generic stylus replacement. I did that for myLAB-2200

For me it's when I'm looking at porn. Chrome doesn't handle multiple huge images well.

This looks really cool and I want to try it out for my company but we would probably be using the Community release so if someone can answer these that would be awesome:

  1. How difficult is debugging? Do you get usable information from the logs aside from generic application errors?
  2. If there's no management console how is configuration done?
  3. On the features list HA/Replication is a bit ambigious, is anyone able to elaborate?
  4. How does the LDAP handle multiple domains under one forest?

I think every guy needs to spend several weekends at hardcore gay clubs to experience what it's like to be a girl.

His desire to teach? If all the students in his class fail or get a very low grade it reflects poorly on him.

I don't recall, I'm taking the MSF next month so I've just been talking to bikers. I think the one this guy was talking about got it on sale.

I noticed that too, for a full set $1000 is actually pretty good. I'm looking at gear right now and just the helmet will set you back $200 for a good one :/

FYI the sequel is terrible and basically a copy of the first film, but if you just want it for parkour check it out :)

That's a really good point and I'm not entirely sure, I'll bring it up with him and see what he says. He is tenured but I'm certain if he made the classes too difficult and the overall passing grade dropped the dean would talk to him about it. It's one of the reasons he transferred to one of the extension campuses, he got sick of playing politics at main campus.

The issue is that the students are less prepared every year for the course, so he has to spend more time bringing them up to speed. Even with that it still takes time to comprehend the content (9 months to make a baby adage) so he has to reduce the overall difficulty of the course if he expects his students to pass.

Definitely watch it beforehand, there are a couple grisly scenes and it has an element of drugs (in an anti-drug way). It is french though so it's much tamer then American films.

My dad who is a professor of electric engineering has been telling me for years that he's been forced to make his tests easier each year so that students can actually pass them; I believe he once told me when he gave the prior year test to his students to practice with for a midterm some complained it was too difficult. It's as though people are learning less every year in high school.

Have you watched Banlieue 13 with him? I'm sure he would love it, tell him the main character did all the stunts himself.

Personally, all the cool stuff showed up around level 20 which is when I started to enjoy WD more. Regarding the dogs, I guess their usefulness isn't that clear to most people. I use them as a diversion so I can step back and cast spells and such, then when they are near death I use sacrifice. I used that combination quite a bit against rares/bosses as it kept them away freeing me up to do other things.

WA parents refuse to let their 550 kids take MAPS by whygookin Washington

[–]Ashex 0 points1 point ago

There's a lot of paranoia involved with the testing, it's not quite as clear cut as it seems either. The schools are pressured by the district to make sure student perform well, if they don't then already scarce funding can be cut. Because of this courses are sometimes dropped because they're not viewed as beneficial to improved scores.

One of the big problems is that because the test is easy, it's easy to perform well. The challenge is performing better each year, that's what the No Child Left Behind did wrong. It forces schools to get their students to perform better each year, if they don't then the school is marked as "Needs improvement" and funding is reduced until they bring the scores up/get them higher.

[–]Ashex 0 points1 point ago

I believe the problem is that the tests aren't very challenging at all. Passing these tests is very easy to do but because it's tied in to funding the districts have adjusted their curriculum to prepare students for the tests.

First Panoramic shot I'm happy with, I would have gotten more of downtown into the shot but there was a giant sign just out of frame along with a couple cranes.
