TROPHY CASE

The Hockey Stick has now been shown to also be true for the Southern Hemisphere by fungussain climateskeptics

[–]AlyssaMoore 0 points1 point ago

Heartland operative

Unless you are a very good stalker, you don't know anything about me.

You are just another global warming alarmist troll who thinks that all skeptics work for "evil" Big Oil, right?

You are probably not paid from Greenpeace's $299 million annual budget or the WWF's $224 million annual budget to troll Reddit. You probably actually believe the predictions made in Al Gore's propaganda film "An Inconvenient Truth".

I don't get paid to submit a couple of articles that are skeptical of the catastrophic man-made global warming theory to /r/climateskeptics or to post a few comments.

I do it because I am skeptical of the claims and predictions of the global warming alarmists.

I'm not trolling.

I actually thought that some of you global warming alarmism activists who spend so much time trolling /r/climateskeptics would also be some of the same ones who showed up at the "protest" at the Heartland conference. You still haven't said if you were one of the protesters or not.

How is this even remotely on topic?

Because George Monbiot is a leading global warming alarmist.

Are you the "comedian activist" that was wearing the rubber boot on his head? At first I had wondered if it was /u/fungussa or /u/ItsJustAConspiracy.

I wonder if the guy wearing a rubber boot on his head with the megaphone is one of the global warming alarmism activists who troll /r/climateskeptics?

California condors hit a milestone -- a population of 405 -- after nearly going extinct by PrettyBoyFloydin environment

[–]AlyssaMoore -1 points0 points ago

"Three environmental groups filed a federal lawsuit this month against the U.S. Bureau of Land Management to stop the proposed 100-turbine North Sky River wind project in Kern County's Tehachapi region, the Ventura County Star reported Saturday.

The Center for Biological Diversity, Defenders of Wildlife and the Sierra Club said in the filing that a neighboring wind farm, Pine Tree, has killed at least eight golden eagles and that California condors could be at risk from the blades of turbines as well."

"The [Koch] Foundation gave just $25,000 to Heartland in 2011 (the only such donation to that organization in more than 10 years) and that funding was specifically directed to a healthcare research program, and not climate change research, as was erroneously reported.":

http://www.kochfacts.com/kf/confrontingfalsehoodsheartland/

"As we’ve pointed out time and again, Exxon’s funding — or that of any single corporation, for that matter — was never more than 5 percent of The Heartland Institute’s annual budget. And here’s a key fact outfits such as Media Matters conveniently omit: Exxon’s support of Heartland stopped in 2006 – before Heartland stepped up its involvement in the climate change debate and two years before our first of now-six international conferences."

I would just ignore the Turnip for now, it is just one of the many trolls who love to visit this subreddit.

Some of the other global warming alarmist trolls are 'JRugman', 'ItsJustAConspiracy', 'counters', 'madmanoflamancha', 'thoughtso', 'mooli', 'thingsbreak', 'fungussa', etc.
