I found one of those in goodwill about a year ago. Works fine, even with rust. As for the cushions is the plywood still sound? If it is you should be able to run some bolts up into the T-Nuts that are set into the plywood. If not your going to need to replace the ply. It's not hard. Just take to old one off (pull out the staples) and trace the shape onto a new piece of similarly thick ply. Cut that out with a skill saw or something. Then mark the position if the T-Nuts and install some fresh ones. Staple your seat cover and cushion on and your good to go. Good luck with your project!
