Not that many parties contrary to what deku says, the majority are from next door at lee arms or dsp. IMO, the manager is kind of a dick in the way he addresses the residents but he never gets in the way. For 700, i get my own room, bathroom, and free water and garbage so I can't complain. Very close to campus, especially if you're a business major. Its not exactly glamorous, but it does the job for the price in this town. Ultimately, if you want convenience and a semi-comfortable living situation (I say this because the building seems dated), its worth it.

P.s.- Parking here can be really fucking shitty during weekends where a lot of UC's or other state schools are on break. I never want to be the dick that tows someone so I'm usually just the dick that parks behind them.

One thing that I've been doing lately is tweaking the mix via my Laptop speakers. I figure if I can tweak my mix to sound good on these shitty speakers, they'll sound phenomenal every where else. So far, I've noticed some great improvements.

Completely agree with this guy. You'll find that you can do anything over here if you're willing to put in the time. The transition of time you put into studying in high school versus the time you put in to study in college can be very rough for a lot of freshmen. But if you realize early on that studying is a necessity rather than an option, you'll be fine bro.
