Because the foreigners that get the chance in those enviroments aren't the most talented. In Korea there's probably more than 100 players living in those conditions of course some of them are going to turn out being talented hard workers. In foreign land even if 10 players get that opportunity it's not for sure even a single one of them will give it justice
