The only professionally shot footage comes from the Fuji Rock festival, I think the songs recorded were Cymbal Rush, Feeling Pulled Apart, Paperbag, and Hollow Earth. Everything else is fan videos.

This is the best I could find.Sorry I couldn't find part one but just look up "thom" in the user's channel there's an entire concert.

As far as full shows go you should subscribe to Austin Brock's channel on youtube if there's a full and live concert around he'll definitely upload it.Loads of good stuff on that channel,all Radiohead.He's in the side bar too.

I'd search the AtEase forums and youtube. I don't believe that there was ever a fully compiled high quality video (or low quality for that matter) but I have heard the audio from said shows. I'm pretty sure you could find the youtube links by using the search feature as well.

I've got an echoplex one I like the best. Multimedia in atease is the place to get it, but there's a lot missing after the Megaupload thing.
