Exfoliate in the shower, then put lotion and socks on.

A good soak is key, then use the pumice stone in circles. Heavy schmear of a good hydrating lotion (or vaseline) and socks, as glueandglitter says. You have to repeat this a few times a week and you should see some improvement. Its a bitch, and I always look forward to winter so I can cover up me nasty heels.

I agree with tankerraid. You can get a plastic dish pan for cheap, and use that to soak your feet in. I like to add a bit of epsom salt, and you can use a little essential oil as well. I picked up some cheap lotion at walmart that I love. It also seems to help take off dead skin: Freeman Barefoot Revitalizaing Foot Balm Lemon & Sage!

instead of a pumice, try a ped egg - best product I've used off the internet! The file on it is really good!
