I have stolen my girlfriends computer for a moment so don't blame her. I am also a redditor and am not trying to hide, just too lazy to switch accounts (okpackerfan). Anyway, I don't need to date or flatter you so here are some real tips:

Get a freaking haircut. You don't need to shave your head, but get it under control a bit. Peloria here likes to watch "What not to wear" and it always pisses me off when the ladies won't take a layer or two out of their hair. Long, uncut hair makes me question how many cats you own and whether I should call Animal Planet next to get you on Animal Hoarders.
Eyes and lips. Where is your eye makeup? Where are your lips? Go to a makeup counter and get some pointers or schedule a makeup consultation. Or, get a relatively inexpensive mega-makeup thing that has a bunch of colors in it and then get online to watch tutorials and play around until you find what you want and invest in those colors.
When you take a picture, put the light source behind the camera, not your head.
