I'm not sure what all you feel needs modification, but I'd say that the quickest fix would be to buzz your hair. It's too dry and thin to be worth keeping. You'd look sharper without it.

Maybe a hair transplant and something to make your lips symmetrical

I actually like your lip the way it is, it's cute.

Cleft palate? Should be covered by insurance. Either way you're a good looking dude. Do it if you want and don't feel bad. Don't if you don't want and enjoy the ladies (or dudes) who will fall for you.

I'd say no. You're fine.

Wife (a SLPA) looking over my shoulder says "He looks great, but should ask his SLP, they should have the final yay or nay"

So, I guess if you've got one of those, ask them? hehe. Otherwise NO! Looking just fine.

How much would it cost? What kind of downtime would you have? How much of an improvement would it be? What kind of pain would you go through?

I'd get it. You're good looking, but assuming they do it right, you'll be great looking.

The issue with your lip is definitely noticeable. You're not hideous though, so it's ultimately up to you. I assume the last one would result in a better appearance, but there is always a risk to surgery.

I say fix your nose, lip, and hair

I really don't see much of a problem here. The lip is the only thing I noticed, and it's not bad. Also I agree with @MrDectol, buzz the head, you're lucky you have the head for that, I wish I did.

The thing with your lip is noticeable but not really ugly. If you don't have a very strong personality it might come to define you to other people - John? Oh right, the guy with the lip. I guess that's what would make me consider it.

Don't sabotage yourself by posting a webcam photo you took in your basement! Try to use a real camera and normal lighting so we can see you as the average person sees you day-to-day.

Get a better picture. And please elaborate on what the surgery would accomplish.

You look like a normal dude to me. I can see it appears that you had a cleft palate, but I agree with another poster how much pain, how much improvement, how long with you be down, ect. Are those things worth it to you. I don't think your looks are off putting. I do agree with the slight hair modification though.

As someone whose had surgery to fix a messed up lip (bit it mostly off smashing my face in, then ripped out my stitches accidently) I'd say go for it if it is bothering you. I didn't think it bothered me that much that I had a lump of scar tissue but as soon as I got it removed the confidence it gave me was unbelievable. Surgery is nothing to be ashamed of, you are not vain to want to look and feel the best that you can.

I could see you wanting to get rid of that defect, but it is minor. If the surgery is really expensive or something, I think you can hold off on it.

I think you're in a stage where you really don't need to worry about it any more, but it is still there and you might as well finish off the surgeries if you really want.

Take your surgery money and use it on a haircut. Long hair only makes you look balder.

I think you look pretty normal. It might change the way you look when you talk or affect your speech though? I don't know. Ask someone who sees the way your face moves.
