So that takes care of the non-organic nature of the board... what about the pens it uses? Are they more environmentally friendly, or just the same ones?

That article was a bit light on the details.

I guess I sound like a bit of an ass, but when I was learning industrial design, we were taught to be able to answer these questions... questions that people who are buying something like this would have anyway.

I get the impression that it's catering more towards a person who is interested in aesthetics than eco-friendliness.
