question son jailbreaking a windows phone?

Hey guys, I've posted this in a couple subreddits so far, but haven't been able to come back with any useful advice so I was hoping you guys might be able to help me out. I was wondering if you'd be able to help me figure out whether itd be worth it (or even possible) to jailbreak a windows phone?

So i'm going to be studying abroad next year and I just got this windows phone with a plan that will allow me to make calls to the US from overseas. Thing is it would still charge me international if I were to make calls to people I meet while abroad, so I was thinking that I could try to jailbreak my phone so that I could make local calls to people that I meet abroad.

Would this actually be possible? and If so, would this affect my current data plan so that I would not be able to make calls to the US or have 4g connectivity anymore?

Would jailbreaking my phone affect any of the applications or features of the phone? such as the voice command stuff, GPS, internet searching and stuff?

Lastly, does anyone know any good/safe/legit and free (preferably) ways for me to jailbreak it?

The best universal car mount...

So, I've gone through a number of phones and recently purchased an inverter with a USB port so I can charge any phone or device. Now, it would be great if I had a mount to go with it. What would be my best option? Amazon seems to have the Skiva Strongmount M1 as the most highly rated one, but I seem to remember some other people fawning over other mounts. Bonus points if it can mount on something other than the windshield (preferably the dashboard without having to use stickers).
